This exclusive debut highlights Air India’s commitment to redefining its brand with a seamless blend of heritage and modernity. The new ensembles, which premiered during a high-profile showcase in Mumbai, set a new benchmark for luxury airline attire in 2025.
Female cabin crew now have the option to wear radiant ombré sarees—junior staff are attired in a gradient of vibrant red to regal purple, complemented by chic red blazers, while senior crew don elegant aubergine-to-burgundy sarees with coordinating aubergine blazers. Notably, Air India’s innovative approach allows for sarees to be styled over tailored trousers, reflecting global fashion trends and empowering crew members to express personal style without compromising comfort.
Pilots have been outfitted in tailored black double-breasted suits, each detailed with a subtle Vista motif—a nod to the airline’s signature branding and a symbol of excellence in aviation. Accessories for female crew now include contemporary black and burgundy block heels, refined pearl earrings, and sleek sling bags, while their male counterparts sport classic black brogues, ensuring a polished appearance throughout the journey.
