In collaboration with world-renowned sommeliers Olivier Poussier and Satoru Mori, ANA has hand-selected 41 standout wines from a global sampling of more than 1,000 labels—including exclusive Japanese vintages. The resulting wine list rivals those of acclaimed fine-dining establishments, offering both celebrated classics and adventurous new finds tailored to sophisticated palates.
Building on the popularity of signature pours, ANA’s refreshed menu continues to feature beloved favorites while introducing diverse additions, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive wine experience for every traveler.

Business Class guests can savor Champagne Drappier 1er Cru Brut and Champagne Castelnau, while First Class travelers enjoy the opulence of Krug Grande Cuvée and Charles Heidsieck. In the ANA Suite Lounges, guests are treated to Cuvee Jean Baptiste Paul Dangin & Fils and Champagne Charles Collin Brut Classique, maintaining ANA’s commitment to premium quality at every touchpoint.
Responding to evolving dietary preferences, ANA now features a gourmet vegan curry created in partnership with Daigo—a celebrated two Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo. This plant-based dish, crafted exclusively from locally sourced produce, is available as part of the light meal menu on select international Business and First Class flights, offering a refined culinary option free from animal products and flour.
