For flights under 80 minutes, breakfast features a selection of artisanal bread, paired with a flaky croissant or pain au chocolat, complemented by fresh, seasonal fruit. Morning snacks now showcase Belgian-inspired tapas, including gourmet finger sandwiches or delicate quiches, a vibrant salad, and petit fours crafted with iconic Belgian flavors such as speculoos, cuberdon, or premium chocolate.
On journeys exceeding 80 minutes, guests are treated to a crisp, seasonal salad followed by a choice of macarons or signature Neuhaus chocolates for dessert.
Travelers on flights over 2.5 hours can anticipate a full hot entrée, accompanied by artisanal cheeses and a decadent dessert. Weekly menu variations provide a fresh gastronomic journey for repeat Business Class flyers.
Brussels Airlines has also enhanced its Special Meal options, ensuring passengers with dietary needs—including gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly choices—can enjoy sophisticated, Belgian-inspired cuisine tailored to their requirements.
In a celebrated return, the airline has renewed its partnership with renowned Belgian chocolatier Neuhaus. Lavish boxes of pralines are once again available on long-haul flights, with each Business Class guest receiving an exclusive chocolate gift box—an indulgence that has become a hallmark of the Brussels Airlines premium cabin experience.
