Changi Airport in Singapore, renowned for its innovation and passenger experience, now provides transit guests with complimentary bicycle rentals for up to two hours. This exclusive service enables travelers with layovers to explore Singapore’s scenic outdoor spaces, including the iconic Jurassic Mile and the picturesque East Coast Park. The airport’s dedicated cycling routes seamlessly connect to Singapore’s expansive park connector network, granting access to popular destinations such as Bedok Jetty, East Coast Lagoon Hawker Centre, and charming neighborhoods like Bedok and Siglap. These curated trails offer countless opportunities for memorable photography, authentic culinary discoveries, and a taste of local life.
Transit guests eligible for this program must have a layover between 5.5 and 24 hours and meet Singapore’s entry visa requirements.
For those with extended layovers, bicycles may be rented for additional hours at a nominal fee, opening up even more of Singapore’s vibrant cityscape at a leisurely pace. Changi Airport Group has thoughtfully designed four bespoke cycling routes, ranging from two to six hours, each tailored for varied interests — whether you wish to immerse yourself in cultural landmarks or explore hidden urban gems.
Upon returning, travelers can freshen up at pay-per-use shower facilities and unwind at an outdoor café and bar, ensuring a comfortable transition before their onward journey. Bicycle reservations can be made in advance via Changi Airport’s official website or the Changi App. All rides begin at the GoCycling rental hub at Hub & Spoke, conveniently located near Terminal 2.
