Business and First Class travelers departing from or arriving at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) can now enjoy complimentary transfers in a curated fleet of luxury vehicles, featuring options like the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the all-electric BMW i7 for a sustainable travel choice. Please note, certain locations—including Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Park Island, Huang Guang Control Point, and Shenzhen Bay Port—remain outside the service area due to local access restrictions.
Upon arrival at HKIA, guests are personally greeted in the Arrivals Hall and escorted to their reserved vehicle for a swift and comfortable transfer. For outbound journeys, passengers should schedule their pickup a minimum of three hours prior to departure. Reservations for the Chauffeur-drive service must be completed at least 12 hours before travel via Emirates’ “Manage My Booking” portal on the official website.
