JetBlue launches London Gatwick to Boston route

JetBlue has expanded its transatlantic footprint by introducing nonstop flights from London Gatwick—Britain’s second-busiest airport—to Boston Logan, the capital of Massachusetts. This new service complements the carrier’s existing daily routes from both Gatwick and Heathrow to New York’s JFK, solidifying JetBlue’s commitment to premium transatlantic travel in 2025.

The airline deploys its state-of-the-art Airbus A321LR on these routes, a next-generation single-aisle aircraft acclaimed for its efficiency and comfort. JetBlue’s A321LR features 24 Mint suites in the award-winning premium cabin, each designed for ultimate privacy and luxury. Now, with this launch, JetBlue offers up to five daily flights between the UK and the United States, including expanded service to New York and Boston from both London airports. Since first entering the London market, JetBlue has consistently received high marks for its innovative approach and is expected to announce additional European destinations soon.

Robin Hayes, JetBlue’s CEO, shared, “Our direct service from London to New York has exceeded all expectations, and we’re delighted to introduce this eagerly awaited Boston connection. As the largest carrier in Boston, we’re bringing fresh competition and value to a transatlantic market that has long been dominated by legacy airlines.”

Current Flight Schedule: London Gatwick (LGW) to Boston Logan (BOS) – local times:

LGW–BOS Flight #1926: 12:25 – 15:13
BOS–LGW Flight #2104: 18:37 – 06:35 (+1)

JetBlue’s Mint experience—purpose-built for transatlantic journeys—offers travelers a distinctive alternative for flying between the US and UK. The A321LR’s Mint cabin boasts 24 fully lie-flat suites, each with sliding doors for privacy, including two expansive Mint Studio seats. Every suite features a custom-designed seat cushion and thoughtful amenities that create a residential ambiance at 35,000 feet. The Mint Studio, a signature innovation, provides even more personal space for discerning travelers.

In 2025, JetBlue has elevated its onboard dining by partnering with Delicious Hospitality Group’s renowned Legacy Records restaurant. The latest Mint menu showcases a rotating selection of Mediterranean-inspired small plates, complemented by a curated wine list and bespoke cocktails.

JetBlue ranks as the sixth largest airline in the United States, serving over 100 destinations across North America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
