Helmed by Executive Chef Felipe Gutiérrez, the menu is thoughtfully crafted using ingredients sourced directly from local markets across Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Ecuador. Each dish is complemented by expertly selected wines curated by Hector Vergara, Latin America's only Master Sommelier, ensuring harmonious pairings throughout the journey.

During our recent flights, Business Class guests were treated to signature regional dishes, such as a Chilean-style breakfast featuring Churrasca (traditional fried bread) generously filled with creamy goat cheese, ripe avocado, and roasted tomatoes. Main courses highlighted a Peruvian-inspired grilled chicken thigh with spicy huancaína sauce, olluco potato cake, and charred vegetable batons, as well as a Brazilian Baiao de Dois—a vibrant mix of rice, beans, and succulent seafood.
Menus rotate based on season and route, ensuring that each journey offers a fresh, locally inspired dining experience. LATAM’s culinary program continues to emphasize the use of regional produce and sustainable ingredients wherever possible.
