United Airlines has unveiled its latest flagship Club Lounge in Terminal 1 at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, redefining premium pre-flight hospitality in 2025.
Access to the new Club Lounge is extended to United Polaris international business class travelers, premium transcontinental business class guests, and business class passengers on other Star Alliance airlines—though guest privileges remain exclusive to first class ticket holders. Star Alliance Gold members flying the same day are also welcomed into this sophisticated retreat.
The expansive, 1,600-square-meter lounge now accommodates up to 400 guests, doubling the previous capacity. Whether seeking a quiet spot for productivity, a cozy nook to unwind, or a social table to enjoy curated cuisine, the lounge offers a diverse array of seating including plush sofas, ergonomic recliners, and communal workspaces.
Among the enhanced amenities: complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi, seamless self-service entry via e-gates, and a thoughtfully designed wellness suite catering to both nursing parents and travelers in need of meditation or prayer. Innovative “Agent on Demand” kiosks empower guests to connect instantly with United’s customer support through video chat, text, or phone. Automated eGates further streamline the entry and exit process, ensuring a frictionless journey throughout the lounge.
What truly distinguishes this Club Lounge is its deep-rooted connection to Chicago’s vibrant culture. A striking mural by acclaimed local artist Kate Lewis greets guests, while the interiors showcase regionally sourced furnishings and unique handcrafted art pieces—creating a sense of place that is unmistakably Chicagoan.
This new United Club Lounge is ideally situated on Concourse C in Terminal 1, offering convenient access for eligible travelers at O’Hare.
