Turkish Airlines has officially launched its state-of-the-art “Crystal” Business Class suite, signalling a transformative step in its premium cabin evolution. The airline is preparing for a comprehensive rollout across all Boeing 777 aircraft, with the first refitted jets entering service in the first quarter of 2025.
Furthermore, Turkish Airlines’ forthcoming fleet of ultra-long-range Airbus A350-1000s—scheduled to commence non-stop services to both Sydney and Melbourne—will feature the exclusive Crystal suites as standard, bringing unparalleled comfort to travellers on the Australia–Turkey corridor.

Commenting on the latest Business Class innovation, Turkish Airlines Chairman Prof. Ahmet Bolat shared: “The introduction of our Crystal Business Class suite marks a milestone in our quest to redefine luxury air travel. These bespoke suites are engineered for supreme privacy and comfort, seamlessly integrated with our globally acclaimed onboard dining. We aim to deliver an unmatched inflight experience for our discerning guests.”
Exclusively crafted for Turkish Airlines, the Crystal suites boast fully closing doors and advanced technological amenities to enhance every journey. The new 1-2-1 seating configuration provides 44 suites on the Boeing 777, removing the outdated middle seat and increasing both space and privacy. The retrofit program begins in early 2025, with each aircraft undergoing a one-week transformation. Starting 2026, the Crystal suites will debut on the Airbus A350-1000s, specifically tailored for Turkish Airlines’ ultra-long-haul non-stop routes to Australia, with flight durations reaching up to 17 hours.

Turkish Airlines has elevated its long-haul sleep experience with a refreshed collection of premium bedding, designed to deliver the sensation of a five-star hotel in the sky. The new suite of sleep amenities is crafted to envelop guests in warmth and tranquility, ensuring restorative rest on extended flights.
The highlight is a feather-light silk duvet, adorned with a plush velvet suede finish and the signature Turkish Airlines FLOW motif in soothing hues, evoking a sense of calm. An ergonomic mattress topper, tailored to the seat’s contours, enhances support and aligns with the suite’s refined aesthetic. Passengers are welcomed with a plush pillow featuring a satin accent and the distinctive FLOW design, adding a bespoke touch to the sleep ensemble.
