In partnership with renowned Austrian caterer DO & CO, Turkish Airlines now offers an elevated menu that celebrates authentic Turkish flavors. Highlights include hand-crafted pastas and traditional manti dumplings, signature Adana kebab grilled over open flame, expertly prepared seafood, and a curated selection of regional mezze.
Breakfast service has also been expanded, now featuring a third main course choice such as fluffy pancakes, delicate crepes, and classic French toast, all freshly made on board.
Business Class passengers can enjoy a bespoke beverage program, with an array of artisan mocktails and wellness-focused detox drinks utilizing seasonal, nutrient-rich ingredients.
