Recent research commissioned by United highlights the critical role of rest for travelers: 83% of respondents cited quality sleep as their top priority during long-haul flights, while 61% said they choose flights based on sleep amenities. For 66% of travelers, restful sleep now outweighs inflight Wi-Fi, streaming entertainment (74%), and beverage service (61%) as the most valued onboard feature.
The new amenity kits—a collaboration with Therabody—feature bespoke skincare essentials, including hydrating eye serum, facial mist, nourishing hand cream, and a refreshing cleansing towelette, all presented in a sustainable belt bag. Eco-conscious travelers will also appreciate the upgraded Saks Fifth Avenue bedding, crafted partly from recycled materials. The line includes a limited-edition day blanket designed by acclaimed fashion visionary Claude Kameni, recognized as a leading Black designer and celebrated for her bold, artful textiles.
In 2025, United continues to lead in premium cabin demand, reporting a 20% surge in international bookings over the previous year, and a 30% jump in reservations for its Polaris and Premium Plus classes—demonstrating robust appetite for elevated onboard experiences.

United’s collaboration with Therabody extends beyond the cabin. The amenity kits are curated to help travelers arrive feeling refreshed, featuring TheraFace products in eco-friendly packaging. The latest Saks Fifth Avenue bedding collection envelops passengers in luxury, offering a cool gel pillow for optimal temperature regulation and the exclusive Kameni day blanket for a touch of designer flair.
