United's new amenity kits by Venus Williams

Travelers flying United Business Class on select premium transcontinental routes are now treated to a new level of comfort, thanks to the airline's collaboration with tennis legend Venus Williams and her wellness brand, Asutra. These thoughtfully curated amenity kits have been introduced as part of United's commitment to elevating the inflight experience for discerning guests.

United has also refreshed its amenity kits for United First customers traveling between the continental U.S. and Hawaii, now featuring premium Hawaiian skincare from Ua Body. The new kits, which launched earlier this year, are designed to immerse travelers in local culture and enhance wellbeing from takeoff to landing.

The Asutra-designed amenity kits for premium transcontinental flights feature clean, cruelty-free skincare products, meticulously formulated without parabens, phthalates, or petroleum. Inside each reusable Asutra pouch, passengers will find a gentle face cleansing towelette, a hydrating lip balm, and a hand lotion enriched with magnesium, mango seed butter, coconut oil, and almond oil—each ingredient chosen to hydrate and shield skin in the dry cabin environment. Additional essentials include a bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, a plush Asutra-branded eye mask, and noise-reducing ear plugs. Both the pouch and eye mask are crafted from recycled materials, and each kit contains a self-care inspiration card to encourage mindful travel practices.

For United First guests journeying to Hawaii, the latest amenity kits offer a sensory introduction to the islands. Featuring Ua Body—a luxury, locally owned Hawaiian skincare brand—each kit includes a nourishing lip balm, hand cream, and a revitalizing face mist, all infused with evocative scents such as sandalwood, jasmine, and coconut, as well as island-sourced ingredients like Kukui oil and Organic Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood oil. The set is rounded out with a recycled-material eye mask, bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, and ear plugs for maximum onboard relaxation.

United now distributes these specialty amenity kits to over 65,000 passengers monthly across its transcontinental and Hawaii routes, making them a signature part of the premium cabin experience.

The Hawaii-themed amenity pouches are especially noteworthy, featuring sustainable materials and vibrant designs by acclaimed local artist Christie Shinn. Available in four collectible motifs, each pouch captures the essence of Hawaii's landscapes and culture, providing travelers with a memorable keepsake from their journey.

Continuing its investment in premium passenger comfort, United recently rolled out state-of-the-art United First seats equipped with wireless charging, eco-friendly vegan leather finishes, Bluetooth audio pairing, enhanced privacy dividers, Italian quartzite cocktail tables, and ergonomically engineered cushions. Additionally, the airline has refreshed its United Polaris® wine list, brought back the beloved Polaris Sundae Cart, and opened new United Club lounges in Newark, Chicago, and Denver, reinforcing its leadership in luxury air travel.
