Helmed by celebrated Swedish chef-restaurateur Pontus Frithiof, La Girafe fuses the cosmopolitan flair of Paris with global influences, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming haven for discerning guests. The venue is thoughtfully divided into two distinct concepts: the refined Bistro and the lively Food & Bar, the latter featuring Arlanda’s most expansive bar counter and an eclectic, internationally inspired menu.
Mornings at La Girafe begin with a curated à la carte breakfast in the Bistro, or guests may opt for the generous buffet spread at the Food Bar. Throughout the day, the menu evolves to showcase a tempting array of small plates, starters, mains, and desserts, all designed for seamless, timely service. Signature offerings include French classics with a twist—think Vietnamese-style spring rolls, Moroccan-spiced beef tartare, and a delicate veal schnitzel—reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to both authenticity and innovation. The wine program is equally impressive, highlighted by premium selections such as the Champagne Billecart-Salmon Cuvée 2008, available for SEK 2,900 (approx. EUR 260) per bottle.
La Girafe welcomes guests daily from 05:00 to 22:00, conveniently situated near Gate E in Terminal 5, making it an ideal stop for both early risers and evening travelers.
