Beginning June 8, Heinz Beck takes up an exclusive summer residency at the legendary Monaco property. Invited by culinary luminaries Joël Robuchon and Executive Chef Christophe Cussac, Beck will curate a pop-up dining experience at the hotel's celebrated Odyssey restaurant. Each evening from 7:30pm, diners are invited to savor his signature creations, renowned for their artistry and flavor.
Since its debut in 2013, Odyssey has been synonymous with refined, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine. Under Beck’s direction, the restaurant will showcase a menu emphasizing the freshest local produce, precision technique, and imaginative presentation.
