Aegean Airlines has redefined the inflight dining landscape by partnering with three acclaimed culinary masters to curate a sophisticated business class menu inspired by Greece’s rich gastronomic heritage.

Chefs Lefteris Lazarou, Christoforos Peskias, and renowned pastry chef Stelios Parliaros—leaders in contemporary Greek cuisine—have joined forces under Aegean’s signature “Gastronomics” initiative. This collaboration seamlessly brings the essence and diversity of Greek gastronomy to discerning travelers worldwide.

Business class guests are treated to a rotating selection of exquisitely crafted dishes that capture the vibrant flavors of Greece, each elevated by a thoughtfully selected wine list. The program is curated by Konstantinos Lazarakis, Greece’s first Master of Wine and Aegean’s exclusive wine consultant, ensuring perfect pairings for every meal.

Through this initiative, ingredients sourced from Crete, Naxos, the Peloponnese, and other regions come together on every international Aegean route. The menus celebrate Greek terroir by featuring both boutique and established producers, highlighting over 40 unique recipes that reflect the country’s culinary artistry.

Since its inception, the Gastronomics program has continued to evolve, with seasonal updates and new regional specialties introduced regularly to delight frequent flyers and first-time guests alike.
