Available as of 2025, this bespoke service provides business class travelers with complimentary luxury transportation to and from London Heathrow Terminal 4. Eligible Clase Premier passengers—booking in fare classes J, D, C, or I (excluding reward tickets)—are invited to reserve the chauffeur experience at least 48 hours before their flight via an easy-to-use online form. The service encompasses all London postal codes for maximum convenience.
Guests are collected in a premium Mercedes vehicle, scheduled to arrive at least 2.5 hours before departure, ensuring a relaxed journey to the airport. Upon arrival in Mexico City, travelers are also offered a comfortable transfer to their chosen destination in the city.
Aeroméxico notes, “Our standard chauffeur fleet features the Mercedes Executive E-Class. For parties of three or more Clase Premier passengers traveling together on paid tickets, upgrades to the Mercedes S-Class or Executive MPV are available.”
Aeroméxico currently operates its state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner on the London–Mexico City route, with service running three times weekly, setting a new standard for transatlantic business travel in 2025.
