This sophisticated cocktail, a testament to French luxury, is thoughtfully refreshed twice yearly to reflect the spring-summer and autumn-winter seasons, always featuring premium French elements and a Champagne finish.
For the current spring/summer 2025 edition, the Hotel Lancaster’s head bartender drew inspiration from the sun-kissed landscapes of Provence. The cocktail dazzles with vibrant notes of cherry and lime, enriched by Marie Brizard rosemary liqueur and the subtle sweetness of white peach juice. The blend is elevated by the depth of aged Saint-James rum and finished with a splash of Champagne—an enduring hallmark of Air France’s inflight experience in every cabin.
