British Airways has introduced an exclusive, house-label gin designed specifically for its elite clientele travelling in First Class.
Developed in close collaboration with the acclaimed Cambridge Distillery—a pioneer in artisanal spirits—the recipe was fine-tuned through a series of curated tastings with frequent flyers at the airline’s iconic Concorde Room bar in London. This partnership reflects British Airways’ commitment to elevating the in-flight beverage experience to new heights in 2025.
The signature blend features a medley of fresh botanicals, including handpicked basil, rosemary, and thyme, all sourced from the distillery’s own heritage gardens in Cambridge. The result is a gin that captures the essence of British terroir and craftsmanship.
British Airways' Signature Gin
To ensure optimal flavor integrity, each botanical is distilled individually under controlled conditions before being meticulously blended. Every bottle receives a hand-applied wax seal, emphasizing the bespoke approach and attention to detail that defines this spirit.
Gin and tonic remains a perennial favorite among British Airways passengers, with more than three million servings enjoyed by travelers annually—a testament to its enduring popularity at 35,000 feet.
