British Airways now offers a bespoke transfer service at Heathrow, designed to guarantee seamless connections for its most valued customers.

Known as ‘Premium Transfer Drive’, this innovative program ensures that eligible travelers arriving on UK domestic flights and connecting onward are proactively monitored by a dedicated British Airways team. Should a tight connection be at risk, guests are whisked across the airside apron in a private vehicle, ensuring they reach their next flight with ease and peace of mind.

This personalized transfer is reserved for those flying onward in Club Europe (business class within Europe), Club World (long-haul business class), First, or for Executive Club Silver and Gold members. The airline’s operations center tracks incoming flights in real-time, ready to dispatch a luxury car the moment a connection is threatened by delays.

Once the transfer is arranged, British Airways communicates directly with the inbound crew, allowing them to reassure the guest on board that a private car will be waiting upon arrival. This thoughtful approach removes uncertainty and enhances the premium travel experience at one of the world’s busiest hubs.
