British Airways has introduced an innovative, restaurant-inspired dining concept for its Club World (Business Class) guests, debuting on the flagship London Heathrow to New York JFK route. This sophisticated service forms a key pillar of the airline’s multi-million-pound investment in the premium long-haul experience.
Travelers in Club World are now invited to savor a curated selection of gourmet starters and desserts, elegantly presented on bespoke trolleys and served tableside by attentive crew, complete with refined new tableware. The airline’s ambition: to offer an authentic fine-dining atmosphere at 35,000 feet.

- - Loch Fyne smoked salmon tartare with a delicate wasabi crème fraîche
- - Creamy burrata paired with heirloom tomato carpaccio, finished with extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic glaze

- - Seasonal market salad with grilled vegetables, served with a choice of French vinaigrette or olive oil and balsamic
