Embracing its enviable position along the River Thames, the newly reimagined Riverside restaurant and bar features a stylish, contemporary design, a flexible layout for both intimate and group dining, and a cutting-edge kitchen equipped with the latest culinary technology.
Inspired by the growing global appetite for all-day, relaxed dining experiences, the renovation reflects the current trend for versatile spaces that cater to both business and leisure guests, according to Julie Harper, Head of Food & Beverage at Redefine|BDL Hotels. The refreshed venue now offers a 42-seat bar and a 90-seat restaurant, providing a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
The Riverside’s interiors blend modern elegance with subtle nods to the local riverside heritage, offering guests a tranquil setting for working lunches, indulgent afternoon teas, and elegant evening meals. The menu showcases a ‘Smoke BBQ’ concept, elevated by the introduction of the renowned Big Green Egg, delivering exceptional smoked flavors and textures.
Guests can explore an array of grill specialties, alongside beloved comfort dishes crafted by Head Chef Ramneek Chugh. The beverage list has also been thoughtfully curated, featuring an impressive selection of international wines, locally brewed craft beers, signature cocktails, and premium Starbucks coffee.
