First Class guests are now treated to a fully personalised journey, thoughtfully designed to engage every sense. The experience is elevated with innovative menus, tranquil aromatherapy, and plush textures, ensuring each flight is a sanctuary above the clouds. Enhanced bedding, new wellness offerings, and refined tableware contribute to a tailored, restorative environment.

Business Class passengers benefit from a revitalised sleep experience, featuring upgraded bedding and luxurious slippers. These thoughtful touches ensure that travellers arrive at their destinations invigorated and ready to seize the day, whether for business or leisure.

Central to this transformation is Cathay Pacific’s exclusive partnership with Bamford, the esteemed British lifestyle brand celebrated for its dedication to sustainability and ethical craftsmanship. Together, they have developed a signature collection of amenity kits, plush bedding, and wellness products for both premium cabins, offering guests a truly sensory-rich journey.

Upon entering the First Class cabin, travellers are welcomed with a new signature service ritual: a bespoke reception tray featuring a handwritten note, a steaming hot towel, and a glass of sparkling jasmine silver needle tea by JING. This thoughtful gesture sets the tone for the journey ahead.

Wellness is at the forefront of the inflight dining programme, now a cornerstone of the First Class experience. Menus have been reimagined to include nourishing main courses, energising breakfast selections, and health-focused options such as superfood bowls and lean protein sides. Guests may also enjoy an array of JING teas and nutrient-rich cold-pressed juices from Bless, designed to refresh and energise before landing.

Each meal is served on sophisticated, contemporary tableware sourced from world-renowned brands: Noritake chinaware, Robert Welch cutlery, and Riedel’s full-sized wine glasses, all contributing to an elevated dining atmosphere.

First Class amenities and bedding have also received a significant upgrade through the Bamford partnership. Guests enjoy a sumptuous 600-thread-count, 100% sustainably produced cotton mattress and duvet, an oversized plush pillow, and gender-specific amenity kits featuring Bamford’s natural skincare in elegant glass packaging. Signature Bamford products are now available in onboard lavatories and select global lounges, with the beloved Botanic Pillow Mist featured as part of the new turndown ritual.

For long-haul Business Class travellers, the sleep experience has been completely reimagined. A new range of Bamford bedding includes a soft mattress topper, an extra-large pillow, and high-quality slippers—amenities that have quickly become guest favourites.

The sleep offering is further enriched by a 400-thread-count pillowcase and a two-piece duvet, both crafted from sustainably sourced cotton. On regional routes, Business Class guests receive a newly designed day blanket and a plush pillow for added comfort.

Bamford’s exclusive Business Class amenity kits, introduced in a rotating palette of four on-trend colours, are now progressively available, providing a stylish and practical touch for the modern traveller.
