For those seeking an enhanced experience, the cocktail afternoon tea includes a signature Don Giovanni cocktail—crafted with Mozart chocolate liqueur, amaretto, and fresh cream—a coveted ticket to the Opera: Passion, Power and Politics exhibition, and a personal MP3 player loaded with arias from the featured operas, allowing guests to savour every bite accompanied by stirring music. The MP3 player is a keepsake for guests to enjoy beyond their visit.
The savoury menu features inventive bites such as mini croissants with Brie de Meaux and grape chutney (Paris), bruschetta with fontina, heirloom tomatoes, and basil (Milan), and beetroot-cured salmon on pumpernickel with quail egg (St. Petersburg).
Following these are refined desserts: an Earl Grey and prune crumble tart (London), Medovik honey cake (St. Petersburg), mascarpone panna cotta with limoncello jelly (Venice), and a decadent chocolate-praline gateau (Paris).
