First of its kind: Huge resort planned for Incheon Airport

Incheon International Airport in Seoul is poised to redefine global airport experiences, following government approval for a landmark integrated resort that merges luxury hospitality with world-class entertainment.

This visionary US$5 billion project, unfolding in multiple phases, will feature an opulent three-tower hotel complex, more than 20,000 square metres of upscale shopping and gourmet dining, a dedicated beauty and cosmetics precinct, South Korea’s largest multipurpose entertainment arena, a Paramount Studios-branded theme park, an Eco Adventure Park, and a state-of-the-art casino.

Uniquely, this will be the world’s first destination resort directly linked to a private jet terminal, offering unmatched exclusivity for discerning travelers.

Chung Il-young, CEO of Incheon International Airport Corporation, remarked, “We are grateful for the Korean Government’s thorough evaluation and support of this transformative tourism initiative. The Inspire project at IBC-II positions the Incheon region at the forefront of destination development and will drive significant growth within the airport’s innovation district for years ahead.”
