Developed through a collaboration between Akasha’s expert Nutritional Therapist, Zoë Stirling, and Executive Chef Armand Sablon, these new menus deliver a sophisticated culinary journey, balancing nutritional excellence with gourmet flair. Rooted in Akasha’s philosophy of harmonizing the four elemental forces—earth, water, fire, and air—each menu is dedicated to one of these elements, while an exclusive Signature menu artfully combines them all for a holistic gastronomic experience.
Fire Menu
Featured ingredients: Fresh ginger, rocket and watercress salad, horseradish, cacao, chia seeds, and chili peppers.
