Steeped in a legacy of artistic and literary gatherings, the Green Bar pays homage to London’s botanical heritage, particularly its pivotal role in the evolution of gin and cocktail craftsmanship. This latest collaboration elevates that tradition with avant-garde ingredients—think flamed liquorice root, custom tea infusions, mandarin essence, and raw honeycomb—infused into premium botanical spirits. According to the hotel, "Every creation is distinguished by its signature hue, personality, and flavor profile, mirroring the unique olfactory notes of Parfums Givenchy’s iconic scents."
Among the highlights: the Chypre Caresse, featuring Slingsby London Dry Gin, vibrant grapefruit, agave nectar, Peychaud’s Bitters, finished with Prosecco and Maraschino; the Oud Flamboyant, theatrically served under a plume of smoke with Nikka Coffey Grain whisky, coconut noir iced tea, Manuka honey, and cinnamon ignited tableside; and the Iris Harmonique, a refreshing blend of coconut-washed Ketel One Vodka, kumquat liqueur, and bright lemon zest.
