Kuzu Group of Turkey has selected the distinguished Jumeirah Group to oversee the operation of Sea Pearl, a landmark mixed-use resort in Istanbul’s coveted Ataköy neighborhood.
Renowned for its stewardship of the iconic Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah in Istanbul and the acclaimed Jumeirah Bodrum Palace, Jumeirah Group has formalized a partnership to manage the $450 million (£313 million) Sea Pearl Istanbul. The highly anticipated destination opened its doors in 2019, introducing a new standard of luxury hospitality to the city.
This extraordinary urban resort features a lavish 202-room Jumeirah hotel complemented by 62 exclusive branded residences. Guests and residents enjoy uninterrupted vistas over the Marmara Sea, creating an oasis of serenity mere moments from Istanbul’s UNESCO-listed heritage sites and the newly expanded Istanbul Airport.

The hotel accommodates an array of elegant rooms and suites, ranging from 47 to 430 square meters. The residences offer refined living spaces from 57 square meters (one-bedroom) up to 400 square meters (five-bedroom), catering to a discerning clientele. The development also incorporates a state-of-the-art conference center, an exclusive VIP Club, fully equipped business facilities, a comprehensive sports complex, an opulent spa and authentic Turkish hammam, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a curated shopping gallery, and a diverse selection of gourmet restaurants, including a signature seafront dining venue.
