KLM has launched its latest World Business Class seat on the airline’s state-of-the-art Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner fleet, setting a new standard in premium air travel comfort.
As part of its ongoing commitment to elevate the passenger experience, KLM now operates the B787-10 Dreamliner across key intercontinental routes. The Dutch flag carrier was among the first in Europe to welcome this advanced aircraft, which is renowned for its efficiency and passenger-centric design.
The new World Business Class seat, custom-crafted by Jamco and branded as the ‘Venture’ seat, reflects a focus on both luxury and sustainability. The seat’s lighter construction contributes to reduced fuel consumption and supports KLM’s ambitious sustainability targets for 2025 and beyond.
Arranged in a modern reverse herringbone layout, the configuration optimizes cabin space while ensuring that every guest enjoys direct aisle access—an essential feature for discerning business travelers.
Highlights include a private sliding partition, an intuitive “Do Not Disturb” control at your fingertips, an expansive 18.5-inch HD entertainment screen, generous personal storage, and a sleek, adjustable dining table.
Each Dreamliner features 38 of these exclusive World Business Class seats, promising an intimate and refined atmosphere throughout the cabin.
KLM’s seat design incorporates signature Dutch elements, with bespoke finishes overseen by renowned designer Hella Jongerius, blending contemporary aesthetics with comfort.
While Singapore Airlines was the launch customer for the B787-10, featuring its own regional business class product (discover Singapore Airlines’ new regional business class), KLM’s distinctive approach sets a benchmark for European carriers in 2025.
