Aeroflot has introduced a new culinary experience for its business class travelers, featuring a limited-time gourmet menu curated by acclaimed chef Kamel Benmamar. From June 1 through August 31, passengers can savor a refined selection of dishes designed exclusively for Aeroflot’s premium cabins.
Chef Benmamar, the celebrated French talent behind ‘Ryby Net’—a flagship restaurant in Arkady Novikov’s renowned portfolio—brings his expertise from Michelin-starred kitchens in France and London to the skies. Building on his previous contributions of elegant desserts for Aeroflot, this season’s menu showcases his signature approach to modern gastronomy. Highlights include marinated scallops paired with crisp cucumber and a Japanese-inspired dressing, succulent shrimp with a medley of fresh vegetables, tender steak accompanied by Filini pasta, and delicately baked sea bass with herb-infused potatoes and vegetables. Each dish is composed to delight discerning palates and reflect current culinary trends.
Responding thoughtfully to guest feedback, the revamped menu places greater emphasis on fresh vegetables, balanced nutrition, and vibrant presentation. The culinary team has prioritized not only the taste but also the visual allure of each plate, ensuring a memorable dining experience at 35,000 feet.
An enhanced selection is now available, particularly on long-haul routes: business class guests can enjoy a hot entrée at both meal services. As of June 1, this exclusive menu is served on departures from Moscow, with rollouts to additional Aeroflot gateways underway. Signature offerings such as salmon in a velvety cream sauce with black rice and sweet peppers, or lamb braised in plum sauce alongside couscous and broccoli, exemplify the globally inspired options now on board.
