This independent 5-star hotel, formerly known as Le Méridien Piccadilly, has been meticulously transformed to set a new benchmark for London’s upscale accommodations.

Originally constructed in 1908, The Dilly has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, with its guest rooms, lobby, and iconic façade all thoughtfully redesigned. The hotel now offers 255 elegantly appointed rooms and 28 bespoke suites, each reflecting a contemporary British aesthetic. At launch, 39 rooms and suites were available, with the remainder completed shortly thereafter. Guests are welcomed at a dedicated check-in lounge on the mezzanine, ensuring privacy and exclusivity as they ascend to their accommodations via a private lift.

The Dilly is home to one of London’s most impressive indoor swimming pools, stretching 25 metres (82 feet) – a rarity in the city’s luxury hotel landscape. The Health Club at The Dilly features a cutting-edge fitness centre, while the Spa at The Dilly, curated by Yoma, offers tailored wellness experiences using premium, all-natural products. Expert therapists deliver bespoke treatments, drawing on the latest in holistic therapies.

For events and gatherings, The Dilly boasts a selection of versatile meeting spaces. The Oak Room, a celebrated banqueting hall, continues to host exclusive culinary experiences, including Madhu’s Mayfair – an acclaimed Indian fine-dining pop-up renowned for its unique Kenyan influences.

Occupying a coveted address on Piccadilly, The Dilly provides guests with sweeping views over London’s most iconic landmarks. From the vibrant activity of Piccadilly at the front to the elegance of Regent Street behind, upper-floor rooms offer panoramic vistas of the city’s rooftops. The hotel’s location places guests steps from London’s cultural treasures: the Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain (famously called “Eros”), Waterstone’s flagship bookstore, the legendary Fortnum & Mason, and Jermyn Street’s distinguished shops, including Paxton & Whitfield and Davidoff.

General Manager James Olivier shares his vision:

“There is no better place to be at the centre of London’s energy, whether for business, leisure, or simply to unwind. Piccadilly Circus is globally recognised as a crossroads for culture and commerce.”

“The Dilly’s name is distinctive and playful, paying homage to our unparalleled location on Piccadilly. Our ethos is simple: We are London.”
