New Air France travel cabins to the Caribbean and Indian ocean

In 2025, Air France further refines its premium travel experience, unveiling state-of-the-art cabins aboard its Boeing 777-300 aircraft—serving key Caribbean and Indian Ocean destinations.

Each aircraft now boasts 472 reimagined seats: 14 in Business, 28 in Premium Economy, and 430 in Economy, all meticulously crafted for enhanced comfort and style.

The upgraded cabins are now fully deployed across the network, with Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort de France, and Saint-Denis de la Réunion among the first to benefit from these new standards. These enhancements reflect Air France’s multi-million-euro investment in passenger experience and design innovation.

Travelers to Mauritius, Havana, Cancun, Santo Domingo, and Punta Cana now enjoy these refreshed interiors, which have set a new benchmark for long-haul luxury comfort in 2025.

Business Class: Unparalleled Comfort & Modern Design

Air France’s Business Class cabin has been thoughtfully re-envisioned to ensure an elite, restorative journey. Each suite transforms into a fully flat bed measuring nearly two meters, offering a cocoon of privacy and tranquility. The innovative "relax" position provides extra ergonomic support, ideal for both rest and productivity.

The 1-2-1 seating layout guarantees direct aisle access for every guest, while adjustable privacy dividers cater to both solo travelers and those journeying with companions. The intuitive seat controls include a "do not disturb" function, further enhancing the bespoke experience.

Premium amenities include plush seat cushioning, a luxurious duvet, and a supportive pillow for optimal rest. Storage solutions—featuring a vanity mirror and noise-cancelling headphones—are seamlessly integrated. Each seat features an 18.5-inch HD touchscreen, adjustable reading and ambient lighting, dual USB ports, and a universal power outlet for total convenience. Guests receive a designer comfort kit crafted from suede and leather, containing an array of wellness essentials for the journey.

Premium Economy: Enhanced Space & Refined Details

Air France’s latest Premium Economy cabin sets a new standard for mid-tier luxury. The upgraded seats offer a generous width of 48.8 cm and recline up to 130° within a fixed shell, ensuring privacy and ergonomic support. Enhanced lumbar support, extra legroom, and refined, softer padding ensure long-haul comfort for all body types.

Passengers benefit from wider leather armrests, multi-position footrests, and fully adjustable leg and headrests. Expanded storage, a personal reading light, digital device stand, two USB ports, and a universal power outlet are included for convenience. Each seat features a 13.3-inch HD entertainment screen and high-fidelity noise-cancelling headphones for immersive inflight entertainment.

Travelers are provided with a refreshed comfort kit every six months, a plush feather pillow in signature red, and a premium navy blanket, ensuring a restful and indulgent journey from takeoff to landing.

Fine Champagne & Curated Menus for Every Cabin

Across all cabins, Air France offers a distinguished collection of French wines and champagnes, expertly selected by Paolo Basso, awarded the title of world’s best sommelier.

For Business Class guests departing Paris, the menu is crafted by Michelin-starred chef Andrée Rosier, showcasing refined Basque-inspired creations. Her seasonal dishes reflect the airline’s commitment to culinary excellence and regional authenticity.

Departures from Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, and Cayenne feature signature Creole dishes by acclaimed chef Marcel Ravin. Business and Premium Economy passengers enjoy a rotating trio of gourmet options each month, highlighting the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean.

From Saint-Denis de la Réunion, Chef Benoit Ventaux’s bespoke Creole recipes blend French culinary mastery with the island’s distinct spices and produce, offering a memorable gastronomic experience unique to each route.
