Continuing its acclaimed Signature Chef program, Finnair has partnered with Chef Nam to deliver a sophisticated inflight dining experience that reflects the evolving tastes of global luxury travelers in 2025.
Chef Nam, a celebrated figure in Seoul’s culinary scene, presents his vision of contemporary Korean cuisine, blending heritage techniques with innovative flair. The current offering—available throughout the year—showcases highlights such as marinated beef rolls with vibrant microgreens, and a refined main course of seabass Jeon paired with charred spring onion and a delicate Romanesco emulsion.
“My inspiration comes from the flavors and traditions of my childhood, reimagined for today’s international palate,” shares Chef Nam.
“My goal is to evoke a sense of home for Korean guests, while inviting all travelers to discover the nuanced elegance of Korean gastronomy.”
