Oman Air has enhanced its premium offering by introducing a second daily nonstop flight connecting Muscat and London Heathrow, further strengthening its presence on this flagship route.
Building on the success of its established daily service, Oman Air’s expanded schedule directly addresses the surge in demand for premium and leisure travel between Oman and the United Kingdom, as well as seamless onward connections to the Middle East and Asia. This move reflects the airline’s commitment to providing flexibility and convenience to discerning travelers.
According to Paul Gregorowitsch, Chief Executive Officer at Oman Air, “We are proud to offer our guests even greater choice and flexibility with a second daily frequency between Muscat and London. The allure of Muscat continues to attract visitors from the UK, while the deep-rooted ties between Oman and Britain ensure London remains a top destination for Omani travelers.”
The new overnight service departs Muscat at 01:25, arriving at London Heathrow at 06:30. The return flight leaves Heathrow’s Terminal 4 at 08:30, touching down in Muscat at 18:55, providing optimal timings for both business and leisure travelers.
Gregorowitsch added, “Our guests have consistently requested increased frequencies to London, and we are delighted to fulfill this demand. While our original service continues to operate from Heathrow Terminal 3, the new frequency is conveniently based at Terminal 4.”
Both daily services utilize Oman Air’s Airbus A330-300, renowned for its luxurious First and Business Class cabins featuring fully lie-flat beds, and a spacious Economy Class configured in 2-4-2, ensuring a superior experience across all classes of service.
