Meticulously developed over the course of a year, the Qantas London Lounge underscores the airline’s multi-million dollar commitment to enhancing its international offering. This flagship lounge remains a vital part of Qantas’s premium service, especially for travelers embarking on the iconic Perth–London route.

Spanning two stylish levels, the lounge accommodates over 230 guests and provides sweeping views of the tarmac. Its design philosophy draws inspiration from Qantas’s most celebrated international lounges in Singapore, Los Angeles, Brisbane, and Hong Kong, while embracing the unique character of London through locally influenced interiors and cuisine.

The renowned architecture firm Woods Bagot has curated a visual narrative that channels the city’s twilight ambiance—think deep greens and rich navy tones paired with warm timber, natural stone, and elegant brass, echoing London’s storied architecture.

On the upper floor, a marble-topped cocktail bar glimmers beneath a bespoke brass chandelier, serving signature cocktails crafted by Qantas Rockpool Mixologists alongside a curated selection of Australian and European wines and beers.

Downstairs, guests can explore a dedicated gin bar featuring an exceptional array of premium Australian and British gins, complemented by an all-day artisan coffee barista service.

The lounge’s menu, conceived by the Rockpool culinary team, offers a refined à la carte dining experience. Guests can savour British classics—such as artisanal ploughman’s platters, traditional pies, and freshly baked scones with clotted cream and preserves—alongside Australian-inspired fare like vibrant brunch bowls with poached eggs, avocado, and kale, as well as zucchini and halloumi fritters. Qantas’s signature salt and pepper squid with green chilli sauce, a perennial favourite, is also available.

For those seeking variety, a gourmet hot and cold buffet is on offer, and the innovative ‘Quench’ station provides a selection of herbal infusions, fruit-infused water, and sparkling beverages for optimal hydration.

Business travelers benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi, adaptable workspaces, and private workstations, ensuring productivity in a tranquil setting.

Six luxurious shower suites, appointed with Aurora Spa amenities, allow guests to rejuvenate before their onward journey.

The Qantas London Lounge welcomes First and Business Class passengers, Qantas Platinum One, Platinum, and Gold Frequent Flyers and their guests, as well as oneworld Emerald and Sapphire cardholders, Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members, and Qantas Club guests. The lounge operates daily from 8am to 8:30pm, offering an inviting sanctuary for eligible travelers at Heathrow.
