Qatar Airways to fly to Nagpur - the first time in six years

Qatar Airways has reaffirmed its dedication to India’s thriving aviation market by reintroducing nonstop flights connecting Doha and Nagpur, marking its return to the city after a six-year interval.

Beginning December 1, travelers can enjoy seamless daily connections between Qatar’s capital and central India’s Nagpur. The route is operated with a modern Airbus A320, offering 144 seats—12 of which are in the airline’s renowned Business Class cabin, designed for premium comfort and privacy.

Qatar Airways initially served Nagpur from 2007 to 2009. With this relaunch, the carrier now operates 102 weekly flights across 13 Indian destinations, strengthening its position as a leading international airline in the region.

Simultaneously, the airline is upgrading its Doha-Kolkata service by introducing the fuel-efficient Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, replacing the previous Airbus A320 and enhancing the onboard experience with advanced amenities and greater passenger comfort.

Akbar Al Baker
