SIA Unveils A350 Remix Track In Celebration Of Inaugural Seattle Flight

Singapore Airlines (SIA) recently marked the introduction of its non-stop service connecting Singapore and Seattle by unveiling a unique audio experience—an original track composed from authentic Airbus A350-900 sounds. This innovative piece, crafted in partnership with acclaimed Seattle music producer Chong the Nomad, forms the centerpiece of SIA’s “Seattle Sounds Even Better Now” campaign.

“Seattle’s legendary music legacy—from icons like Jimi Hendrix to Nirvana and Pearl Jam—deeply inspires us,” shared Mr. Campbell Wilson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Singapore Airlines. “To honor both the city’s artistic roots and our milestone Seattle launch, we collaborated on a truly original track that reflects the vibrancy of this new route.”

Chong the Nomad, a celebrated talent in the Pacific Northwest’s dynamic music scene, artfully remixed real-life sounds recorded aboard the Airbus A350. The result is a fresh, immersive composition that reimagines the travel experience as a modern soundtrack.

The instrumental piece, aptly named “Non-Stop,” masterfully blends distinctive aircraft audio—such as the hum of engines, the metallic clink of cutlery, seatbelt clicks, the familiar call button chime, and even the welcoming tones of the Singapore Girl. Subtle layers, including the tap of the nose wheel and the rhythmic mechanics of cockpit controls, are woven into the beat, all set to Chong’s signature pop-electronic style.

Travelers and music enthusiasts alike can enjoy the track streaming free on Spotify, offering a sensory preview of SIA’s elevated onboard experience.
