Singapore Airlines has elevated its in-flight dining experience by introducing a comprehensive meal pre-ordering system for passengers traveling in Suites, First Class, and Business Class on all routes across its extensive network. Plans are underway to extend this bespoke service to Premium Economy Class in the coming months.
After a successful pilot phase on North Asian routes, the airline now allows premium cabin customers on any Singapore Airlines flight to browse their specific in-flight menu via singaporeair.com and secure their preferred main course in advance, guaranteeing their top culinary choice onboard.
Travelers may select their main course anytime from 21 days up until 24 hours before their scheduled departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized dining experience.
This innovative offering complements the renowned Book the Cook program, which remains available to Suites, First, Business, and selected Premium Economy Class guests. Book the Cook features an expanded selection of up to 70 main courses, curated by Singapore Airlines’ International Culinary Panel, reflecting both contemporary gastronomy trends and local Singaporean specialties.
The Book the Cook menu showcases an impressive variety of gourmet selections, from classic Western favorites to wholesome plant-based options, regional Asian signatures, and exclusive chef-designed dishes, catering to the evolving tastes of today’s luxury traveler.
"Our guests have responded enthusiastically to the enhanced meal pre-ordering experience, and we are delighted to now offer this tailored service to all premium passengers worldwide," stated Mr. Yeoh Phee Teik, Senior Vice President Customer Experience at Singapore Airlines, in a recent press release.
