Meet Arnaud Lallement: Champion of Authentic French Gastronomy
Arnaud Lallement’s culinary journey began in his family’s celebrated restaurant, L'Assiette Champenoise, nestled in the Champagne region. Driven by a passion for gastronomy from an early age, he trained under acclaimed chefs, earning the coveted title of Chef of the Year and three Michelin stars before turning 40—a rare achievement in the industry.
Today, Lallement continues to honor his roots, working alongside his wife Magali, sister Mélanie, and mother Colette to uphold the warm hospitality and culinary excellence that define L'Assiette Champenoise. His approach is guided by a philosophy of honest, ingredient-centric cuisine—eschewing excess for purity of flavor and authenticity.
