Nestled in an upscale residential enclave, the hotel enjoys a tranquil setting while remaining just minutes from Dubai’s most iconic destinations. The majestic Burj Khalifa — still the world’s tallest skyscraper at 828 meters — is only a 20-minute drive away, with the bustling Downtown district and Dubai Mall equally close for luxury shopping enthusiasts. Mall of the Emirates and the renowned Jumeirah Mosque are also within easy reach, offering both retail therapy and cultural immersion.

Culture seekers will appreciate the proximity to Dubai Opera, renowned for its world-class performances and stylish rooftop dining. Meanwhile, the historic treasures of Old Dubai in Deira are a mere 30-minute journey by car.

Right outside the resort, the Dubai Water Canal provides a scenic promenade lined with gourmet restaurants, designer boutiques, and entertainment venues. Adventurous guests can opt for a canal cruise or even a skydiving experience for breathtaking aerial views of Dubai’s futuristic landscape.

Dubai International Airport is conveniently located just 25 minutes from the resort. For a truly indulgent arrival, the hotel offers private airport transfers — including the option to be chauffeured in a luxurious Bentley, ensuring a seamless and stylish introduction to Dubai.

Service & Facilities

The resort’s 237 accommodations — including 188 guest rooms and 49 suites — are among the most generously sized in Dubai. Premier and Deluxe rooms start from an expansive 70 square meters, each featuring a private balcony with sweeping views of either Jumeirah Beach or the dazzling cityscape, including the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Our stay revealed that every room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connectivity, featuring plush king-size beds with premium linens, elegant living spaces, and modern amenities. Expect Bluetooth audio systems, 55-inch smart TVs, ergonomic workstations with USB charging, and in-room iPads for seamless access to resort services and a 24/7 digital concierge.

Guests enjoy in-room espresso machines, a curated tea selection, and a fully stocked minibar with Champagne and gourmet snacks.

The bathrooms are a highlight, with intricate mosaic details, deep soaking tubs, walk-in rain showers with dual heads, double marble vanities, and exclusive Etro toiletries in the signature Rajasthan scent. Scented bath salts and thoughtful amenities elevate the experience.

Walk-in wardrobes include yoga mats for sunrise stretches. On arrival, guests are greeted with elegant touches such as fresh dates and gold-dusted chocolate strawberries.

The Penthouse Suite dazzles with its airy design, expansive terrace, and private gym, while the spa-inspired bathroom features hand-laid mosaic floors. At 465 square meters, it’s a true showpiece. The Presidential Suite also includes a gym and formal dining space, while the Royal Suite offers a steam room, oversized bathtub, and dramatic views — all set amid silk wallcoverings and custom chandeliers, exuding regal sophistication.

Style

The hallmark of a Four Seasons stay is its world-renowned service, and the Jumeirah Beach resort is no exception. The staff exude warmth, professionalism, and an intuitive sense of hospitality, consistently anticipating guest needs and creating memorable moments. The guiding ethos — to treat others as one would wish to be treated — is deeply embedded in every interaction.

A grand palm-lined boulevard leads guests between two sparkling pools, surrounded by lush gardens and plush loungers. The private beach offers exclusive cabanas and a dramatic fire feature for evening ambiance. For those seeking romance, a private dining pier offers breathtaking sunset views over the Arabian Gulf.

Upon entering, the lobby impresses with soaring ceilings, polished marble, and subtle Middle Eastern artistry — from gold-leaf accents to shimmering mosaics. Live piano music provides a sophisticated backdrop.

Service is attentive but unobtrusive: by the Quiet Pool, staff circulate with refreshments like fresh fruit, cold towels, and infused waters. Sun loungers are equipped with cooler bags, bottled water, and even a ‘do not disturb’ button for undisturbed relaxation.

The Pearl Spa is a tranquil retreat inspired by Dubai’s pearling heritage, offering bespoke treatments with premium brands such as Sodashi, Dr. Burgener Switzerland, Knesko, Neom, and Biologique Recherche. Signature therapies include pearl-infused facials and oud oil massages, all delivered by expertly trained therapists focused on holistic wellness.

Facilities include an indoor pool with a glass canopy, a golden mosaic Jacuzzi, experiential showers with rainforest sounds, steam rooms, Hammams, and ice showers for post-treatment rejuvenation.

The spa’s relaxation lounge is a serene space for post-treatment unwinding, complete with herbal teas and healthy snacks. The modern fitness center is open 24/7, offering personal training, spin classes, and the latest Technogym equipment. On-site, the La Sirene Coiffure salon caters to women, while a dedicated grooming lounge serves men.

Sports enthusiasts can book lessons on the two hard-surface tennis courts, most popular during cooler hours. Water sports — from paddleboarding to sailing — are available directly from the beach.

Families are exceptionally well looked after. Children receive mini bathrobes, child-friendly amenities, and plush camel toys. Baby essentials and babysitting can be arranged, and interconnecting rooms are available. The Kids for All Seasons Club offers supervised activities, tennis, and treasure hunts, while the Active Pool is ideal for family fun.

The resort is accessible for guests with disabilities. Please note, pets are not permitted.

Restaurants & Bars

The resort’s architecture blends Mediterranean-inspired turrets with a palette of desert and ocean hues, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Interiors are bright and spacious, with an emphasis on soft, neutral tones that enhance the natural light.

Entering the lobby, guests are greeted by the scent of fresh blooms in oversized Murano glass vases, gleaming marble floors, and panoramic windows framing the lush gardens, private beach, and azure sea — establishing an immediate sense of refined coastal luxury.

Arabian motifs are incorporated with subtlety — intricate ceilings and bespoke detailing nod to regional artistry without overwhelming the contemporary design.

With serene gardens, private cabanas, the peaceful Quiet Pool, and a restorative spa, the property embraces Dubai’s reputation for sophisticated leisure and understated glamour.

Sustainability

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is a veritable epicurean playground, offering an impressive selection of restaurants and bars to satisfy every taste.

Suq, inspired by the traditional Arabian marketplace, is the resort’s vibrant all-day dining venue. Here, guests can savor a lavish breakfast buffet featuring everything from handmade dim sum to local mezze, as well as a dedicated health corner with green juices and wellness options. International favorites and standout seafood dishes are available for lunch and dinner, alongside expertly crafted sushi.

Shai Salon & Terrace is the perfect spot for afternoon tea, with delicate pastries crafted by the in-house pâtissier. Set under an ornate lattice ceiling, the salon spills onto an al fresco terrace where guests can enjoy shisha in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere.

Sea Fu, the resort’s acclaimed beachfront restaurant, specializes in modern Asian seafood. Guests can indulge in signature rolls — from torched miso salmon to lobster dynamite — as well as seared black cod and crispy soft-shell crab. The Sea Fu Bar, with its sunken lounge and fire pit, offers creative cocktails against a backdrop of panoramic sea views.

Folia, nestled in a secluded garden, is a pioneer in plant-based fine dining, serving innovative vegan cuisine under the palms.

Hendricks Bar and Cigar Lounge is renowned for its curated gin collection. Guests can personalize their G&T with house-made tonics and botanicals, or peruse the travel-inspired cocktail menu in a cozy, club-like setting.

Mercury Lounge, the iconic rooftop destination, remains one of Dubai’s trendiest spots for sunset drinks. With its silver dome, sweeping skyline views, and creative bar bites like caviar blinis, it’s the perfect venue for sophisticated evenings.

The resort’s Restaurant Village brings together world-famous brands including Coya, Jean-Georges, the ever-popular Nusr-Et by ‘Salt Bae’, and Scalini — London’s celebrated Italian eatery helmed by award-winning chef Monserrato Marini. This culinary hub ensures a new gastronomic adventure with every visit.

In-room dining is equally impressive — a sunrise breakfast of coconut berry smoothies and ricotta-lemon pancakes enjoyed on your balcony is a must.

What We Love

The Four Seasons Dubai Green Committee leads the resort’s commitment to sustainable luxury by implementing innovative environmental initiatives and fostering a culture of responsibility among staff.

Key programs include comprehensive waste and energy reduction strategies, such as advanced water-saving systems that lower consumption by up to 50%. The hotel utilizes food composters in its kitchens, with reclaimed water used to irrigate the lush grounds. All guest rooms are equipped with smart light sensors to minimize energy use. Single-use plastics have been eliminated, with paper straws and eco-friendly alternatives adopted throughout, including the spa, which features organic product lines like Sodashi and Dr. Burgener. These efforts have earned the resort recognition in leading sustainable hospitality rankings.
