Emirates serves unlimited caviar and vintage Champagne in First Class

Emirates has committed over £1.6 billion (approximately €1.9 billion) to redefining the inflight journey, unveiling a suite of elevated services and amenities for discerning travelers.

Within its renowned ‘Dine on Demand’ program, Emirates First Class now pampers guests with limitless servings of premium Persian caviar, thoughtfully paired with the exclusive Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 2004 vintage Champagne—an offering unique to Emirates and unavailable on any other airline. The caviar is artfully arranged on fine Royal Doulton china and accompanied by a curated selection of seven garnishes, including blinis, melba toast, chopped egg, chives, white onion, lemon, and rich sour cream, all elegantly served with a mother-of-pearl spoon. This partnership with the iconic Champagne house underscores Emirates’ commitment to an unparalleled First Class experience.

Beyond the signature caviar and Champagne pairing, First Class customers enjoy a refreshed multi-course menu, recently updated for 2025. Highlights include pan-seared salmon trout with Brazilian moqueca sauce and creole rice, roasted duck breast with a thyme-infused orange jus, steamed broccolini, and fondant potatoes, all complemented by an expertly curated wine list featuring rare vintages. The innovative vegan menu continues to impress, offering dishes such as pan-roasted king oyster mushrooms, zucchini tarts, jackfruit biryani, and vegan mapo tofu. Dessert selections are opulent—think chocolate truffle cake with praline, pistachio, and gold leaf, or a green grape tart adorned with candied rose, silky vanilla custard, and yuzu-infused berry compote.

New enhancements also include a bespoke ‘Cinema Snack Menu’ for on-demand enjoyment while exploring Emirates’ award-winning ICE entertainment system. Choices range from mini wagyu sliders and lobster rolls to shrimp cocktails, edamame, and warm, salted popcorn. To round off the journey, Emirates’ attentive crew circulate with a decadent array of luxury chocolates and confections, and will gladly prepare a personalized box of sweet treats for guests to take home upon request.
